Your Welcome Boatguy, I wish management would have handled that 10-Q better in August without the delays. That was what led to the share price dropping so much in September. At one point I believe we had hit .10 cents. This allowed for more shares to be converted than we wanted due to the lower share price. Even so, SOLI will survive and thrive as this company grows and expands.

I believe they learned their lesson and the next Quarterly report will be out on time and they will start showing some improving profits.

Hopefully, we will be up listed by that time and we will run very hard. I am looking forward to major news and updates to follow once we get up listed.
