Your prediction of the week of November 11th made me think about what NWBO stated in its most recent offering of 3,505,152 shares of Common Stock on 10/28/2019. In the Plan of Distribution section, it mentioned the following:

Plan of Distribution

Pursuant to a placement agent agreement, dated October 24, 2019, we have engaged Wynston Hill Capital, LLC as a placement agent (the “Placement Agent”) for a portion of this offering comprising approximately half of the offering. Upon the closing of the portion of this offering for which the Placement Agent is responsible (the “Placement Agent Shares”), we will pay to the Placement Agent a cash fee equal to six percent of the cash proceeds to us from the sale of the Placement Agent Shares and warrants (the “Placement Agent Warrant”) exercisable for a number of shares of our Common Stock equal to six percent of the number of Placement Agent Shares. The Placement Agent Warrant will have an exercise price of 100% of the per share price paid by the investors in this offering and will terminate on the two-year anniversary of the effective date of the offering.

We have agreed to indemnify the Placement Agent against certain liabilities, including liabilities under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and liabilities arising from breaches and representations and warranties contained in the placement agent agreement. We have also agreed to contribute to payments the Placement Agent may be required to make in respect of such liabilities.

We have agreed with certain investors not to sell or issue registered shares of our Common stock until November 17, 2019. We may sell restricted shares and/or undertake debt (including convertible debt) during and after the period beginning October 18, 2019 and ending November 17, 2019.

That date of November 17, 2019 seems a bit arbitrary. I am wondering is there any significance to this date, and if they are trying to tell us something?
