Marco buddy gets 10 years. He is a goner.

Thomas Spell, a pharmacist working with Medworx, was the first of the group to plead guilty (summer 2018) and cooperate. He was sentenced today in federal court in Hattiesburg. Marco made the same plea deal as Spell. Given the amount of money ($240 million in fraudulent billing) the sentencing guidelines recommended over 30 years. However the count Spell pleaded guilty to had a maximum of ten years. Judge Starrett gave Spell the maximum. Marco is very likely to get ten years.
