Agreed, I'm a bit surprised that the PR didn't say when the terms were initially agreed to. If (as suspected) it was several weeks ago then the .45 price would have been appropriate and not freaked people out causing the knee-jerk reaction it did. It is unfortunate but does not change the potential of the patents and the company over the long run.
