How do we know if he is still waiting on the auditors?
For all we know the audits are done, and Roger planned for it to be out on Thursday by after hours.

Roger did say it is assumed by all parties that the audits will be done by the end of the month. That statement lends to the assumption that the auditors are no longer standing in the way.
