Great article Mario, I think it sums up the AYSI situation quite well. Great business with great returns, just needs some friendly action towards shareholders to realize true value. Company should either buyout minority holders or start paying a dividend. Need to do something productive with all that cash on the balance sheet earning no return. If the company doesn’t have any positive NPV projects to invest in, send it back to shareholders, I’ve got better uses for that cash than have it earn 1%...
