Thanks for the technical and algorithmic responses--

I have been on the phone for the last 3 hours talking with my old friends in the Odessa/Midland area of the West Tx oil basin--known as the Permian Basin---Ya'll remember the movie Friday Night Lights---Permian High School--coach Gary Gaines---my brother-in-law was the other coach at Odessa High who beat Gaines and my son who played running back---anyway---

My visits about this shell takeover---all my oil patch guys have been buyers and buying today--they love the low price and are buying all they can afford---they seem to be be more aware of the physical properties and the producing wells than we are--

Anyway,, it was a very enjoyable few hours with the guys and they don't know shit about the stock mkt ,,, but they seem awfully certain about UNRG and the long term results--
