Palm Coast, FL, October 23, 2019 — Gold River Productions Inc. (OTC Pink: GRPS) (formerly XYZ Hemp, Inc.) and RushNet, Inc. (OTC Pink: RSHN) partnered with Premier Biomedical Inc. to develop one of the most promising tools yet in the worldwide fight against drug abuse and the opioid crisis. Together, the companies have developed a transdermal patch containing a strategic blend of BIEI’s patented combination of low-dose naloxone and cyclobenzaprine along with key elements of CBD. Preliminary indications in short-term and long-term addiction are exciting and the companies look forward to upcoming clinical trials.

Looking for an expeditious way to effectively deal with the opioid crisis, the companies are forging ahead on a strategic partnership with a large (soon to be named) defense contractor.
