I perked up when I read post about Payroll Cards - hmm, where have I been? Well, called company and as of yet there are no payroll cards, sorry to break it to you. But sounds like they know there is a market to be had in re-loadable payroll cards...perhaps in due time.

Honestly not expecting much stock price reaction based on Qtr. 3 numbers. Its the potentially a revised Qtr. 4 estimate that may bring this puppy up. Probably just sit tight and wait for 2020 to play out. Next years EPS is estimated to be around $.27 - very nice if actually happens.
