Wow! No wonder this thing has been tanking.

The SEC came out with correspondence to DBMM on the 23rd of October.

They stated that there were still deficiencies with DBMM’s LATEST FILINGS. Specifically with the numbers filed in regards to the missing 10Q’s.

And so much for the claims here that the SEC isn’t mentioning revocation any more! It’s RIGHT THERE AT THE END OF THE LATEST CORRESPONDENCE!

Digital Brand has not cured the filing failures that led to the institution of these proceedings; nor has Digital Brand cured the deficiencies found by the Division ofCorporationFinanceinitsmorerecentfilings.

Revocation is mandated here.

I feel badly for the people who bought into this in the advice of some here.

This is going to be revoked!
