Just curious iyo why would a the bank and not the holding company be the owner of real estate? Iyo is there some kind of tax advantage just curious...because I always was lead to believe most corps hold there properties in the holding company no?...just trying to understand why they would have it like that in the 1st place. Thanks for response looking to educate myself;)
