Bingo!... never in the Fins....

Silence in the fins, really says it all.

No application was ever filed.

I doubt the application was ever filed in the first place.

Notice how it was only said in a PR and never put into the fins.



Actually I believe this little sentence from a 2018 Shareholder letter answers the question....

Health Canada and Medical Device Designation

In order to secure a medical device designation for the EcoSmartPen with Health Canada, additional development work on the MyDx side is needed to meet the requirements.



So "more work" was needed for the "pen" in 2018 and now that the "pen" isn't being worked on AT ALL....

Go to the Shareholder Letter...click on the link for the Instagram... "no longer available"..

ANOTHER page "not available"... so weird.. HAHAHAH
