You hit the nail on the head...This is a big loss for Amarin..Any label indication here implies the generic must be the same and have the same benefits...

And of course people are going to buy the cheaper alternative....

The only way Amarin wins this is to make their drug cheaper than the generics...They need to tie up the suppliers ...
