Since my office bailed out of Keller Williams and into their own identity then crashed and burned, I've no broker. Which means, no title connections or mls. I was able to use my license for deeper research at city clerks, but can't go there as a citizen now. (at least not as deep) What caught my eye was the written in amount of judgment that was increased... I know I've NEVER left a blank on any form I've worked, nor left an hand written comment not int. or duly footnoted. It's all about honesty and integrity that the real estate industry must show at all times so this crap can't keep happening. I'll try to do some DD/r&d too.
