That's what I remember. It was the CFO Squad recommendation which I never did understand as an Accountant. If the published unaudited quarterlies were found to be incorrect or in error during the audit the financials could be merely be restated with the audited numbers as with any other audit adjustment. Companies restate their financials all the time.
