How can you say that Invictus doesn't care about anyone. How rude. They are providing a much needed service to their loyal customers and working daily to create a better company that will hopefully drive the share price back up to a reasonable valuation.
As far as the phone business goes, I'm sure if people are reasonable with reception they will get treated with respect. My guess is that people aren't reasonable with them and get the cold shoulder. I would rather the reception folks be updating the website or writing up positive news releases.
