good question..

this reminds me of exactly how ness energy went down. the founder was told to get legit, but didnt, then they were taken..

then after someone else takes over, it stopped trading..

I said this before, but I see a reversal between zion and ness coming.

zion will go under as ness did, and then ness will make it back to trading and move forward.

all it will take to get ness trading again is the funds to start out with something small to show the sec that its capable, and they will be able to trade.

zion is just about done.

if JB is doing something he shouldn't be, then just like Hayseed, it will be dealt with...
