I'm not sure it means much as they obviously ordered the machine a year ago. A year ago CEO Sams was adamant that manufacturing capacity was the limiting factor in increasing sales. Now it appears he over estimated demand and has far more capacity then he needs. This brings up my next point............

As far as what is really happening----I think an easy barometer is # of engineers they hired this quarter. I don't know the answer, but I'm sure Sams will use it as an excuse again on the cc call. If someone is on the call I'd suggest straight up asking him the #. If they are confident in what they can capture then they are hiring. If they unsure of the future themselves then they will hold off on adding to payroll.
