The company has no choice but to sell, Sams has a different game plan on each quarterly call. None of them work.

The last call they talked about last mile carriers, but Sams has not put the infrastructure in place to do so, no support network or distribution network like the big companies. The recent order announced is nice, but from what I have heard thru others is this is under the umbrella of AT&T. So be careful of the whole last mile pitch, just Sams sprouting off another idea again, without doing actual market research on the true opportunities.

As far as the online chatter about the California outages, again, Polar is to small and doesn't offer what a Generac or others can do to support or complete package wise. The big companies are to established in these areas and squash the small companies when it comes to emergency scenarios.

The government orders are far and few, international needs to be cut off, and Polar needs some help from AT&T and T-Mobile to survive. Articles online show T-Mobile on hold due to the Sprint merger for now, not sure how this will effect Polar, but it doesn't look like orders are coming in any time soon, but well see on the call.

In my opinion, Sams and the upper management tried to be bigger than what they were capable of and as a result have over promised as well as began the fall from grace. Someone else needs to take over this place, and they need to go back to the drawing board on the business plan.

Holding stock for a short period to see what other B.S. Sams has under his belt on the next call. Hopefully a merger or sale to a company that knows how to run a business and develop it. Or at the least a replacement for Sams and the 2 others running it into the ground
