You gotta wonder if there isn’t now a big fish/deal on the line that is going to take Liprostin to phase 3 clinicals.

Awful lot of effort to proclaim Atwood/Equine who themselves claim to be activist investors will not be part of any management or decision making process. Why not state this 2 months ago?

Significant partner wants to be sure they and the public know they have control of undertakings? Quite possibly DR is small fish in what is going to transpire.

What other reason would there be to make proclamation if DR was the only iron burning? That would not make sense anyways since SOAN wants DR...
