We're 11 years down the road.. I doubt anybody is going to prosecute crimes committed against WAMU. Think about it, today, us small shareholders really don't even have any representation.. There is nobody looking out for us. Do you really believe, 11 years, later, all of a sudden, some government official or legal firm or other, are going to take up our cause, and commit political suicide trying to go up against JPMorgan? Seriously? I don't think so...... All they have to do is say they were saving the country during the financial crisis... that's it, that is all they have to do...
