As far as the lying claims. They really have not. They imply things but refuse to go beyond that with schedule or action

At what point does repeating forward assertions that fail to come true, and implying something w/o actually saying it become a lie?

How many times in the last 5 years have the repeated claims of direct and combo trials ready to start, sometimes even with timelines?

If anybody questions this, longs will fire back that they should focus their limited resources on getting the P3 results. Fine. But if so they should not repeatedly assert otherwise.

How many times in the last 3 years have they said the trial is in the process of getting results? Did they really change plans every time?

You are free to argue that these type statements are not technically lies. But the result is the same.

If I were tell my boss every day I will do something tomorrow and fail to do it, it matters not why he would fire me.
