There have been quite a few posts this past week talking about the minute by minute price action, trading patterns etc., so it might be easy to get sidetracked by current market sentiment, as opposed to paying attention to upcoming material events that actually will control the share price for the forseeable future.
1)The first quarter's 10 Q is due in 2 1/2 weeks.This will be the first quarter to include at least some of the sales that have occurred after the company started selling device's to the Texas school district. There will also be updates regarding the company's debt reduction activities.
2) There can be sales updates regarding either Texas or California, at any point.
3) The SANDD Pro s Dr. Drew is bound by his contract to make various media appearance, infomercials etc. starting no later than December 15.
