I think you have incredible insight; your words are what a lot of us here can relate to. As a Physician who went to Medical School at the age of 43 I can tell you I agree with the weirdness issue regarding Doctors. I don’t hang out with any, not my cup of tea. And I agree with your perspective on women in Medicine and Research as to the perfectionist attitude and perhaps this is for lack of underlying ego or greed. I think that general statement has a bit of merit in my experience.

Anyway, welcome, and please continue to jump in with your thoughts. We can go at it pretty good here, but there is some great information bantered about in this forum, despite some posters that can easily outdo the weirdness of the strangest Oncologist...haha.
