I have a 25KW that runs on propane. I chose propane cause propane will not go stagnant or freeze up in extremely cold weather. It has a double throw switch that is set up automatic, 4 seconds after power goes out the generator comes on and you have full power to do anything you need. No warm up required because there is a warmer installed in the motor that keeps it warm and ready to go. The motor is like a 305 GM engine.
The thing is awesome! Best investment I've ever made!
