Two issues that need to be cleared up via the 10-Q that's coming in 3 weeks:

Where are the Class C preferred shares and the $250K that GHS paid to SHMP for them. SHMP filed an 8-K saying that's exactly what happened.

Where is the $600K capital investment in equipment that SHMP said it made in its PR? Construction doesn't count. The PR said EC systems.

SHMP is digging a deep whole for itself. The 10-Q better fill it in.
