There has been audited financials and soon we will get more. There is zero reason to doubt that they’re coming.

...and one does not need audited financials to do DD. Most of the 28 million businesses in the USA are private and they don’t have audited financials... and theres more acquisitions in the private market than the public market.

Audited financials are important, but there’s plenty of other DD one can do. Many, if not most of the penny stocks that have audited financials have no growth, mass dilute, etc. Audited financials don’t mean a company is good... and not having audited financials doesn’t mean a company is bad.

If one is savvy they can make sense of things before the masses figure it out... and when it comes to this stock, the DD is pretty darn easy. Theres so much verifiable proof
