Also, and I'm nott shure about this or the mechanics of it, butt it might also be possible for the SEC to try and implead into the Longside case and if Judge Tuter allows that, then the SEC may be allowed to attend and possibly participate in the examination of DaCoyote - regardless of where it wood be held.

I think that it's berry, berry unlikely that the SEC wood bother with that. It is a whole can of hassle and I don't see what they wood gain. However, Allan Joseph is nott bound under any protective order from sharing anything or everything he learns from DaCoyote with the SEC.

Lemme say diss ... it wouldn't be the first time that Allan Joseph has provided information to the SEC on NTEK and DaFoleyFelon-Coyote.

Woo nose? The SEC might even give Allan Joseph a few kwestshuns to axe DaCoyote as long as it's relevant to Longside's attempt to recover munny or assets. The SEC is innerested in that too.
