If the US Marshal PO determines DaFoleyFelon-Coyote's non-compliance with a court order is a VOP, then it goes to the original sentencing judge in the Federal District court - Judge Davila (who seems nott to like DaCoyote).
Davila can then have a hearing on the VOP and order DaFoleyFelon-Coyote to avail himself of the discovery demanded in the court order. That could be either he has to travel to Florida or that he has to assent to Allan Joseph taking his depo in the Bay Area. I bleeve if he is required to travel, then Longside would have to provide him with the airline ticket and put him up in a motel (their choice, nott his).
More likely would be that Allan Joseph comes to DaBayArea and uses a CONference room of a local firm (done as a courtesy usually) for the examination of DaCoyote.
If DaCoyote fails to show, then Davila can pop him back InnaDaHole until his three years of probation is ended (or shorter if DaJudge wishes). I think that probation period expires in March 2020, if my maff and my recollection is correct - otherwise it wood be I think June 15h 2020.
His original sentence was 24 munffs and he started on 15 June 2015, so the 5 year anniversary is 15 June 2020. He did 85 percent of the sentence and the BOP formally surrendered custody of him in early March 2017, so if probation began at the release date, then the probation term wood end this coming March (2020).
