-The first sign is that its a Canadian biotech. I went against my negative inclination when I invested.

-The CEO leaving before the Phase III data. I realize his strength may not have been marketing so they needed a change at the helm.

-The whole thing with ILJIN. They should know more about the company then any of us & they didn't like what was going on.

-The announcement of the ATM. Poor timing

-The stock reaction after they announced the closing of the ATM.

I realize none of these concern the drug but it's just an accumulation. When it comes to the drug I'm concerned about the adverse events more then the p-value. I'm also not thrilled there wasn't increased efficacy with higher dosing. I know we can explain away the adverse events & dosing but it makes the chance for success harder to achieve.

I'm normally wrong & the stock will start recovering but there are just too many questions for me to take the risk.
