The shares are in lieu of 2 years of salary, to cover the period until 8/31/2021.

"Pursuant to employment agreements, the Reporting Person received 20,000,000 shares of Common stock that fully vested on July 31, 2019 and agreed to accept 25,000,000 shares of Common Stock as compensation for services until August 31, 2021."
