This is why it is being held down now, but won't be after name change.
They will be cleaning up most of the lose shares at the lowest price they can. Only makes sense.

8. To go to $3 per share after listing in the US, it may take a certain amount of trading to get to $ 3 per share. If we proceed with this plan, we expect to meet the $3 requirement easily by buying shares from the small shareholders at the expense of the sale volume (from open market).
