Consider the Endorsement Key loading issue; I wonder if this capability was incorporated into the original NSM TPM? Perhaps not...could further explain the delay and redesign.

We can be certain that the SafeKeeper is now EK loaded? Seems like a reasonable assumption.

Wonder how Atmel and Infineon are coming with the EK issue.
