Why now and how were the companies chosen? I hate eating crow and have claimed MIKP would NEVER see pinks again for years now

That’s a good question...OTC Markets and some MMs seems to be using the exemption provided in 15c2-11(f)(2) for unsolicited quotes to full affect...for a bunch of stocks.
