If 106c is the only material being used at Yihao, then unless we see a Joint Development Agreement(“JDA”) proving that LQMT and PLA was used in creating that material, then we will not get license revenues from it.

That is false.

106c is NOT part of the MTA. 106c IS in the public domain (just like LM105 is). However, even though anyone can use 106c (in theory), only patent holders can make specific parts out of 106c. Furthermore, it takes specific machinery to make parts out of 106c and some of those machines are patented... so not just anyone can use those machines. Lugee can control the use of 106c - not because he, or Eon, or Yihao has a patent on 106c - because Lugee has the patents on the only machines that use 106c via injection molding. If Apple can find a way to circumvent 106c injection molding, then they don't need Lugee or LQMT. But so far, they haven't been able to circumvent Lugee's patents.

Amorphous metal patents fall into 3 basic categories:
1) the formula of the specific alloys (many patents in this category are now in the public domain)
2) specific uses or parts made with the alloys (those refer to amorphous metal in general terms)
3) specific manufacturing techniques, processes, machinery, or parts of machinery, used in making parts out of the alloys.

When it comes to 106c, Lugee has the lock on #3, above.
