Said it before, but Dustin Secor has to be a prime target, considering how many shares he converted and sold, very likely he's behind the promoter. Corbin Hardy (Starkweather's bud) also sold 200M shares from conversions, but there wasn't information on how he came into possession of the preferreds he converted.
Loudon Owen is a lawyer is is very likely well insulated from culpability. Really didn't hear jack from him after the Guardian PR. Darryl Green may not be so lucky. It isn't a sure thing, but his pictures with the phone that didn't really exist and pumping tweets may just get him nailed.
