I'm thinking the same thing Winner. The cost to the economy is huge, more importantly PCTL's technology saves life's, it's eco friendly and non toxic. You can drink the stuff if you wanted to.

The more I read the TIPS site the more I learn about how serious Hospital associated infections are. If I ever need to be in a hospital I will be asking about there hospital infection control systems along with the others things.

HOCL isn't knew. It's the ability to prove you have a functional working disinfection system in place when a healthcare facility is audited. Making it onsite, documenting when certain area's of the facility were disinfected and by whom That is the PCTL system and it's patented.
