going into the uk also tells me that canada could come along as well down the road... and more hospitals in the usa... the cost of not using pctl's technology is $30,000 per person for health care providers..imho...

SOMETIME-WHEN-DO NOT KNOW.. a GOOD funder will make a strategic partnership with pctl...

the TIPS award alone proves what pctl has...

i also think that i will post less here and just look for pr's and 8k's on pertinent sites...
