Yes they are in negotiations as we speak to eliminate all of it, replaced with conventional financing. Since the negotiations were announced, there has not been a single share increase to o/s and in the proxy from the other day, there is no proposal to increase a/s.

They have also been making weekly payments on the convertible throughout this process.
