The SAB may request LP to extend to 3 years which LP followed. But do you think LP would follow happily if SAB asked LP to extend the trial to 4 year? I don't think so. LP would be not very happy (LP would be mad) because it is really hard for NWBO to extend it this far. Unless if the request came from FDA. So I think it is likely more and more that FDA had a role here. No one would complain including LP if FDA requested it the data matures until such time. But FDA needs to be reasonable too.
