I warned you all about what an individual Henry is!

Some of you complain that the APR Divi is not taking place and is being postponed!
Well, then read this:

Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date: As of October 12, 2018, there were 173,485,570 shares of the registrant’s $0.001 par value Common Stock issued and outstanding, excluding 5,673,327 shares reserved for a special dividend distribution, after adjustment for a 1:1,500 reverse split which came into effect March 15, 2012.

Even the dividend of 2012, not delivered! As you can see, 5.6 million shares = about $ 560 worth of "value".
Is that funny? This is only a few measly pennies?
No, not for me!
I would have gotten 12,000 shares, then at a value of $ 5,000!
Well, those shares would be now worth $ 1.2. Guys...one fucking buck!
imo: the same fate for the apr-divi. It was just a tool for pump & dump! More than 13 BILLION Shares!

To all those thinking of a lawsuit against Henry/PhiGroup:

It will take a long time for the official things and the chances of success are dare ...

BUT ask the "good" friends of Henry to show you some insider news/messages/whattsapps/emails from Henry.

Such as:
"You should buy now!"
"buy as much you can get" or
"wee pay the next notes in cash".

I think...this stuff is verry interresting for the SEC an also for the FBI!

It really is time imo to end this scam.
