Yes, the comment by company of an NDA prohibiting any further information made public is interesting and can make one think. NDA stands for NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT. As we focus on the words 'non disclosure' we may be ignoring the most important word of 'agreement'. Agreement only exists when there is TWO parties involved. Who are the parties in agreement? We know ONE - Bioelectronics. Who also is in agreement with this 'non disclosure'. This is very common when selling a business or partnering between two businesses to keep the terms of such from becoming public during negotiations. Just speculation, but why use this term -- unless it was used 'loosely' for an excuse to not give an answer to a stockholder.
