WRONG-- if a company files a Corporate name change with the Secretary of State and it is accepted the name change is OFFICIAL as a BUSINESS.
The FINRA filings are then necessary to change the TRADING name and CUSIP.
Two separate processes . It helps to understand how businesses and the OTCM operate.
