Judge Walrath obviously “Denied” her objection, ... and ... more than enough attention was Publically’ brought to this issue for the Trustee To Stay’ very, very, Wide and Clear of any third party settlements related to that $3,000,000.00 (point 2 as I posted) ...

Second ... In My Opinion, ... the GSA was an integral part of the Plan of Reorganization, Plan 7 ... So, if the plan is to be fulfilled ? ... then yes, I would surely believe that WMI’s Bank ... WMB ... should ? Be being removed from the ‘WMIH” Consolidated Taxation Group, ... and be completing its final transition to JPMC ...

... Go the the FDIC Balance Sheet, and look in the lower left corner ... for the first time since what 2016 ? ... the balance sheet shows ... updated as of 10/16/2019 ... (10 business days ahead of the 31st) ... Also, ... for the first time, footnote 2’ is not referencing any interest accumulation being earned on the estates money ...
