Thanks, It seems to be - in reading it, it brings to light something. Our CEO is no dummy, they created the shares, but may not have officially assigned them, that said they may wait until to just prior finalizing 10K to assign the shares and then file.

or if i am reading this right, they have

The initial filing is on Form 3 and is due no later than ten days of becoming an officer, director, or beneficial owner.
