The required window strength to withstand high winds at heights above 60 floors would also withstand a ball peen hammer, so there's that. Truthfully, the window thickness for insulation and sound deadening is the same at all levels.

Did you ever watch Leverage? There was an episode set in Dubai, in which Parker parachuted off the top floor, or at least a very high floor, of that very tall building.

She was fine. But she had very heavily weighted boots.
