The fact another non-practicing entity or patent troll got crushed in court is such a wonderful thing. The point you missed was that PTAB is a joke that got crushed in District as well as Circuit Court.

Everyone was giddy about the PTAB rulings but in Federal Court they are worthless.

The Apple win is bad for Chanbond.

Companies that buy worthless patents and don't contribute anything to society deserve to be punished.

And investors that attempt financial gain by investing in a patent troll scam deserve to lose their investment.

Chanbond hasn't provided any worthwhile service and they certainly aren't going to share a settlement which is highly unlikely.

The Delaware Courts don't like patent trolls - this isn't the Eastern District of Texas. LOLOL!

When UOIP shareholders lose their entire investment - it will be deserved.
