so now the sentiment is Q2 or Q3 of next year, 2020. anyone think it will be longer than that to see if any revenues are coming our way? I always thought there was more to the electrical upgrade. it obviously proved itself because no smart businessman would waste that money to upgrade the electrical without something already happening. gltal
