I am not slandering anybody in particular, although you would like me to say so. It is hard to tell who is being duped, if anybody. Lending one's name and resume to a shady company is not illegal, and is quite common in the OTC. Some even do it with honorable intent, and are genuinely surprised when things take a turn for the worse.

BTW, you say you know who you own this with? How much of the company is owned by the BOD, and under what terms? If you don't know, then you cannot say who you own this with.
