The wrong time to "fold them" in the pennystock pinksheet game is during the lull, when the PPS has stalled at a low point. For BIEL, that is right now. And if you're playing a FDA hand, as we all are here, the ABSOLUTE wrong time to fold them is now when potential FDA clearance is within 90 days.
